CYMES S.L. was formed in 1994 for the construction and setting up of service stations for groups like Repsol, Cepsa or BP.

In 1997 we expanded our business into the construction and restoration of other buildings, such as housing, industrial areas, car washes or colleges.

At the start of the year 2000 we got into the area of construction of restaurant franchises, specialising in ‘turnkey’ projects.  Since 2002 we have been stable in this sector, being the regular providers for big name franchises (Burger King, Foster’s Hollywood, Telepizza, Rodilla, Delina’s, La Tagliatella, 100 Montaditos, Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Starbucks, Taco Bell, Domino’s Pizza).

Currently, and once our franchise department is consolidated, we project an expansion in new areas other than restaurants, such as commercial spaces and shops.


We offer our clients a comprehensive service, under the ‘turnkey’ standards, for the adaptation and construction of their facilities.  What best reflects our work is the jobs carried out and our loyal clients.
